Called in here last week looking at a Kia Ceed; sales guy was far too obtuse for my liking. In any event, I tried to book a test drive online, only to be told they didnt have a petrol automatic for me to take out. That was it. No solutions to this problem (i.e. no contacting another branch on my bahalf to locate one, no offer of a test drive of something to a similar specification etc.). All in all a pretty poor experience from a potential buyers point of view. I wouldnt write Kia off at this stage, but Id certainly go to another dealership!
