I registered my 91 yr old Mum here and am so pleased I did ! The care that Nimesh (Dentist) took with my Mum was superb. So nice and friendly and not a scary environment at all. The parking at the back is great and I can drop her at the door and its all on one level. Nimesh is supported by a great dental nurse and the reception was good and efficient. I highly recommend this surgery and am so pleased we found it. Thanks to all !!

I have been a dental patient of the smile clinic a few years and even though I am always nervous the dentist Mr helmi el-sakka and his staff always put me at ease. I cannot praise them enough for the treatment and professional service they have given me over the years. I had really bad toothache a couple of weeks ago and they saw me more or less straight away and Mr helmi ek sakka was wonderful and stopped the pain that same day. I would recommend this dentist to everyone I am 57 years old and have always been petrified of the dentist until I became a patient of the smile clinic horwich.
Had to unavoidably cancel an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances with a view to re-arranging. Told can't re-arrange and if we cancelled, we would subsequently be struck off so now we have no access to dental treatment through no fault of our own which I find absolutely appauling.

I complained. Quite a serious issue in need of addressing. 1 month later the delightfully inept Ms Barton has referred my complaint to the dental defence union. Wow. They just get better and better. SERIOUSLY AVOID ANY OF THESE PRACTICES. THEY DONT CARE TO MAKE YOU SMILE... just frown Bring it on DDU!
