Very happy with the customer service here. Bought some components that were incompatible with each other (my fault, not theirs) and the return was handled quickly and courteously. I'd be happy to recommend Scan to anyone!
Was recommended to use these guys by a friend. After doing some research they had a good rep and the prices were very good. No issues with delivery of the parts all seemed good. The reason for such a low score is to be honest some horrendous customer service interactions following some issues with the motherboard (bent pins on delivery, no replacement offered) and RAM I had purchased. I usually hate reviews that only score 5 or 1 stars but on this occasion I feel it's justified.Initially the information given to me during numerous calls/email exchanges was incorrect which led to frustration, not least due to lead times promised not being achievable. This happened on a number of occasions. On getting to speak to the Customer Service Manager, it did make me wonder how he had achieved such a role given his arrogant and to be honest rude manor. Essentially he name called, made rude remarks about myself and my computer knowledge and inflamed the situation on numerous occasions rather than hearing/understanding my issues. On making a reasonable request as a compromise between his position and mine he refused citing that it was impossible. Deciding not to deal with this character anymore I contacted the manufacturer myself, who was able to offer the compromise I had suggested and had been told was impossible by Scan's customer service manager.In short the prices are good, so if you know your computers and if everything goes smoothly then excellent. If not or there are any issues, then expect trouble.
Had an issue with green pixels on my screen and so contacted customer services. Spoke to an extremely polite individual named Liam who very quickly and clearly helped me though the issue. Amazing customer service
Great experience every time. Incredible service. Even when I left my private cables by accident, they found it for me in store and send it back. Totally impressed by service and the number of available equipment as well. The only real gamer shop in Manchester area. Thanks again :)
Scan Computers certainly don't mess around when it comes to placing orders online, within a day or two, my order was delivered - a very quick service indeed! I only had one delay when I ordered something which they e-mailed me letting me know. However, this was only a couple of days and was soon delivered. Overall, an excellent service which I would recommend to a friend.
