I have recently changed from tesco to asda to do my shop.i have definatley found asda the cheaper of the two with far more offers and bargains.the fruit selection still needs improvement however the standard is better.clothing at asda is cheap and poor quality but the store do their upmost to advertise and display it as best they can. again improvement is still needed.staff on the whole at the tills are friendly and helpful.i have noticed however that my presence of ten interrupts an ongoing conversation at the newspaper counter.perhaps a little customer service training is required in this area.
A large asda shop vast range and a good gluten free and lactose free range on the Horwich retail park so can make a day of it
The cafe was empty with no queue on a busy Saturday afternoon. We bought 2 coffees and soon found out why. Both the Latte and the Americana were awful. Not recommended

This is one of the larger ASDA stores within the macron shopping area there is plenty of parking on site there are also plenty of big name stores to go shop in. This particular ASDA sells basically almost everything thing from clothes to gardening, fresh produce canned goods and has a great wine and beer selection. The Asda also has an in-store Cafe, Optician's, Camera and photo centre.
