Spent over my budget. staff explained different mattresses made it easy for me to choose.Waiting two weeks mattress made on farm local sourced products used. Xlnt customer service. Went in with no idea which type of mattress i needed. Sam came over asked a few questions then guided me to the ones that were right for me. Made me a lovely coffee whilst we sorted the paperwork. Definitely worth the visit. Nothing was too much trouble.
Beds good, service okay. But then rejected my finance application despite having perfect credit score. Gave me cause for concern but was fine. Then found same bed new online for 300 less so paid cash and bought that instead.
