I cannot praise the friendless from start to finish. I turned up out if the blue with my badly damaged zipped of big couch back. I was told this could be repaired and not to worry. When we were contacted to advise it was complete and finished I was blown away. OMG unbelievable you cannot tell it had a huge rip in the lumber area and a new panel on the top. TOTALLY FANTASTIC. THANK YOU THANK YOU I am back in love with my 21 year old suite which consists of a 3 2 1 seater and a pouff. Thanks again Carole
