Always courteous and friendly. never had any trouble with collecting parcels etc - unlike the very hit and miss delivery of the "tech giants" Amazon
This place is a joke I had a collection note went to pick up my package for the jobsworth to tell me even though I had 3 counts of id my address etc that because it was using my eBay name he can't give me the parcel!!!! He advised me to use my real name on eBay! Not only is this dangerous it's also impossible! I wrote to royal mail to make a complaint and still nothing!I have tried calling them about 20 times to have the phone put down as soon as they answered after being on hold for 20 minutes.Its a shame they rule the monopoly and that eBay sellers use royal mail as this cant be controlled by buyers. They truly are dinosaurs and have a very unethical process shame on Roayl mail bring on the next tech company that will hopefully wipe them out of existence.
Opening hours are indeed a joke
The opening hours of this place are an absolute joke. Working people get two small windows of opportunity to get parcels. Wednesday night and Saturday morning. Sort it out royal mail.
