Ignorant set of people and cheapskates too.I was posting a letter in an envelope I'd just bought.I asked for a small piece of tape to make it doubly sealed.Was told no as cellotape costs too much money.They don't interact with customers very well.Service with a smile wouldn't happen there even if they all had wind!
Staff here are so rude. Gave them a something to you card and to be told what is this. Rude!
Very unpleasant and rude. Lack of customer service. No hello, thank you or goodbye. I wonder why they are still open if there is so many complaints!
Like many other customers I find most of the staff here rude, arrogant and unhelpful, unless you happen to be one of their friends. Never a smile or a thank you or hello, except from the lady who works there; she is the only pleasant member of staff. The rest of them desperately need retraining in customer service.
Rude staff very arogent and dismissive and judging by the other reviews many others had a similar experience also seen the Muslim man who works there eating pork scratchings? Farce!
