I bought a house June 2018 and the seller used Lancaster's. They were very quick at getting questions to you but not quick at responding to yours. Pros - located in Horwich so convenient to use. selling price is low compared to market. Cons - limited staff available for viewings. time slots were tight. response time to emails was slow. Over all 75% out of 100%.
The second time we have used Lancasters now, this time to sell our house. They were fantastic throughout - polite, friendly, and great service throughout. Even came and rescued Lauren when she was locked inside the house! Would we recommend? Yes definately.Keep up the good work !!
