I would not consider using anyone else now. RPC are a god send for managing my property portfolio. I leave them to deal with everything and I know my properties are in safe hands. No rent issues or complaints from tenants as their staff filter through only what needs my attention. Small jobs that cost me a fortune before finding trades who could be trusted have now become a thing of the past. I've lived here for about eight years .. Good look to whoever has this.. this house because I it had its problems b4 the new owner and now I've been working sat with a a broken boiler for five days n wud not have happened with my previous landlord... Rubbish house n worse landlords...
