As letting agents i found them lacking towards their tenants. We've rented from various agents for 22 years and we gave them a second chance, i wish we hadn't. In our opinion they are very poor and i would not recommend them.
Key to a good company is customer service. These guys were great. Very helpful and efficient.
Excellent service. Very professional in dealing with the normal ups and downs of selling our home, they went beyond what we expected and their knowledge and understanding helped us make better choices.
